Procedure:

  2. Add sugar and mix lightly
  3. Add lemon juice after turning off the heat
  4. Put the Tasmanian cherries in the container
  5. Fill the container with gel water
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour to complete

French Cherry Pudding

Delicious cherries are also a good choice for desserts and gifts for friends. This time I will teach you how to make a Tasmanian French cherries pudding.

Ingredients: 400g cherries, 3 eggs, 80g sugar, 100g low-gluten flour, 1/2 tsp vanilla oil, 400ml milk, 10g butter, appropriate amount of icing sugar

Procedure:

  1. First, remove the core Tasmanian cherries and wash them
  2. Mix the eggs and sugar well in a bowl
  3. Gradually add the sifted flour and milk
  4. Then sieve the egg-milk mixture to separate out the particles
  5. On the other side of the box, first put the butter in the oven to melt, then cook the cherries over medium-low heat until the juice seeps out
  6. Pour the mixed egg-milk mixture into the gratin pan, remember to distribute the cherries evenly. Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake the cherries pudding for 40 minutes
  7. After the cherries pudding is out of the oven and warm, sprinkle with icing sugar to decorate
