The size and color of the fruit do not affect the flavor. The pulp is seedless and translucent, sweet and rich, luscious and juicy, with a rich taste and unforgettable aftertaste. Its sweetness is higher than ordinary grapes: the sugar content is at least 20 Brix before being picked and as high as 23 Brix or above.
